        They answer the phone!! I called 6 places and only got 2 calls back. Super nice and friendly. Transmission/car issue are stressful and she addressed all my concerns. Thanks for being a blessing!!

        Avoid this place at all costs. Matt will promise the world knowing full well he does not intend to full fill his agreements. I had to pay upfront for service which was to be expedited. It took three weeks to get a new unit...across town! Once in the shop it then took another two weeks to install. They do not answer calls and I was put on block. Matt agreed to adjust the pricing but now will not answer calls even when he promised to call back. I will avoid Transmission man when my unit goes out and I believe it will.
