Well i received information about my check that I was supposed to receive from the state of Oklahoma treasury but I never received it and I just found out that it’s been cashed using fidelity/nfs and I don’t have any accounts with them what can I do? This is crazy!!!

worst company ive ever dealt with, moved my money around thru different accounts without my knowledge, setup the account with the wrong address, still dont even have the money they have been playing with me. i want this company brought down, crooked people, crooked practices, this is whats wrong with america

My Fianc and I ran into issues with his investment account that we were needing to withdrawal from to put a down payment on a house (first time homebuyers). The website was horrible and giving us no information, and not allowing us to transfer the funds we had ready. We were PANICKED because our closing date is this upcoming Friday (all the issues happened all last week). So we had to take a 1/2 from work to go get this taken care of. We were so scared that nothing would be able to be done in enough time. We got to the location and explained the issue. The man who greeted us took the time (it was quite a while) to find out what the issue was, and what we needed to do. We left and came back with the needed information and he sat on hold for a VERY long time to get everything sorted. He was so patient and kind, we greatly appreciated every moment he took to help us. We will be able to buy our first home this week thanks to his help. Thank you SO much.
