image Had an amazing experience, very friendly staff. It wasnt that hard to catch on as someone whos a beginner, I love how my instructor [ Flannery] would give me corrections but in a way I was learning. Definitely will be coming back.

image I had my first class today, it was amazing! The instructor, Julie, was helpful and showed me modifications. I loved the workout. The gym is very clean, staff was very friendly too! I signed up for a membership and am very excited to start this new journey.

image Pure Barre is a great way to increase strength, and flexibility. The community is encouraging with women of varied ages. Teachers are personable and encouraging with out being hyper. Katy, the owner, really gets to know the clients and is always open to hearing what people need. This program changed my body composition faster than any exercise I have ever done. There is great emphasis on proper form to isolate and build lean muscle  and core strength that gets ignored in other work outs. It is much harder than it looks but so worth the work!

image Pure Barre Nichols Hills is such a fun and welcoming place to get in a great workout! I've dabbled in other types of workout classes, but always felt something was missing in my workout. Pure Barre is the perfect blend of strength training, cardio, and stretching - it's both high intensity and low impact, and it's fun!
Each teacher is so helpful in class, providing modifications or an extra challenge when needed, and I love the music. I've never regretted coming to a single class and have enjoyed getting to know other clients in studio.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun place to gain strength, flexibility, community, and a little mid-day lift.
