FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!! I have purchased 3 complete systems from this company, and I live near their main office. I called this morning as I had a problem over the weekend to have a quick repair completed, and they rudely told me it would be a week before they could come over to look at it, and the scheduling agent was less than helpful with a terrible attitude. Stay far away from these charlatans. The company is under new management, and seems to have gone off a cliff. Unfortunate. Over 4 days to have someone out to look at a system they installed that was still under warranty. I actually had to call someone else to service their work. I wish I would have bought elsewhere. In the middle of August, I immediately noticed when I came home from work ~7PM and my AC wasnt working. I immediately called the number on my unit and someone picked up within 2 rings and directed me to the technician on call. That technician was very communicative, telling me that he was at another customers house and would call me when he was finished with an ETA, which he followed through on. They got to my house around 9PM and quickly diagnosed the problema faulty wire to the capacitorand promptly changed it with noticeable improvement in the air circulation. The whole process took 20 minutes. I am very pleased with my experience! Service: A/C system maintenance
