We needed a duct replaced in the attic. Emerald was quick to respond and communicative. Felt they were honest about the issues and options. Pricing was reasonable. We also signed on for the comfort club maintenance plan to keep on top of the system. Very professional and helpful.

Bobby and his assistant were professional, courteous, efficient and answered all questions. Emerald H&A is a trustworthy and reliable business. Try them! That was my last post and here is from today: Always impressed with Bobbys professionalism and expertise and courtesy. He demonstrates the highest caliber of this fine company. And ongoing excellent service. Today, 10-17-23, it was Bree who provided terrific service in all ways. I really appreciate that the same folk, either Bobby or Bree, are scheduled for each service. They are each familiar with my system and that reinforces my confidence in their expertise. Not sure how to give reviews for subsequent fine service other than to edit previous reviews. This one is for service received today, 4-4-24, for my semi-annual heat and air service. Today Bobby came with his assistant (Ryan?). If you want reliable, professional, excellent service, Emerald is your company. I appreciate that they send for each service one of two technicians who are familiar with my system. I trust Bobbys expertise and feel confident that my unit is being maintained in a manner that ensures it runs at peak operation as much as possible.
