It's great they're making changing to make the homes better but the mice infestation here is ridiculous. I moved in with my boyfriend who lives here about 2 months ago and he's caught 20+ just in our own apartment. Since ive moved in. He's been battling this problem for a year now. And now snakes.

The updated company is great. I absolutely love crystal she has been so helpful with everything that has happened. And Ive enjoyed the helpfulness of the new maintenance man. My air conditioner has never worked so great! And I appreciate the niceness of our new office person as well I enjoy their being more than 1. Great improvements!

I have a friend that lives there and the maintenance is lacking. She has been there 3 years with no filter in the central heat and air. The maintenance man keeps saying he will get one but never does.The lawn maintenance company does bad work and the lawn has not been mowed in 3 weeks. They claim to have wifi but it doesn't. Spiders keep coming in her back door like 3 or 4 a day because of poor weather stripping. And they have the nerve to raise the rent to 1000 a month. The pool has been closed all summer. I've been here for over two years and the last year I've had a leakage or plumbing problem that the maintenance refuses to fix and or the water coming thru the kitchen ceiling and ruining everything I have down stairs. My a.c. broke 3 weeks ago and I was told it would take 2 weeks and they wouldn't fix the termite infestation as well as plumbing and ceiling until after my a.c. is fixed. I have one window unit they so kindly gave me for one room. I have to eat out I sleep in my car or I sleep up stairs with doors shut. My son can't come see me cause his room is facing west without a window unit. Yet I am suppose to pay rent. Lol. I can barely breathe here much less live here.
