I wish every experience with gov't offices were this easy, but we all know that isn't true. Ms. Shelby Coffey was super-friendly, knowledgeable in answering all my questions, and extremely quick/efficient in processing all my paperwork. Thank you so much & keep up the great work!

I spoke with Russell at the assessors office. He was extremely snide, rude, arrogant and dismissive. Russell couldnt answer simple questions where they made sense. He behaved like a new homeowner should be alright with paying excessive tax rates in comparison to the neighbors tax rates. He couldnt even explain in a logical manner how property evaluation works. He shouldnt work for Cleveland county if hes going to treat citizens of Oklahoma this way. Russell needs to retire, especially if hes going to have an attitude like a salty boomer. No thanks to the excessive assessment on my house, Im being expected to make up a $463 difference on my mortgage PER MONTH! Maybe Russell will help me out given his snotty, hatefulness where he thinks a single person should be alright with a tax bill nearly $2,000 more than surrounding neighbors houses.
