        This company installed a new automatic garage door Opener/system. They were friendly, professional, and did great work when they said they would at a fair price. In fact, they went above and beyond for my elderly father by fixing, at no extra charge, a support bar on the garage door. Very happy! Chris Bauer

        Called to schedule a service appointment but they could not provide me with a time range. They stated they would call before they came. I told them I needed a heads up an hour before they came since I work. They could not help me. What awful customer service!!!!!!!

      I'm sorry you felt you received bad customer service when you called. We do offer a 1-hour call to meet, and I was listening to the conversation between you and the scheduler, and I heard him offer you that option. Maybe there was some miscommunication or misunderstanding in the way he said it. I apologize for that. We had spoken with Chris prior in the day, and he was aware that we did not have any available time slots but would work him in and would call and give him plenty of notice to meet a technician for the repair. We do also offer, upon availability, 1st job time slots but those fill up fast and we did not have any left this week when Chris and you called. Again, I apologize for any misunderstanding with trying to schedule your repair.
