This is to warn anyone considering renting from RentKing in Noble, Norman and the Oklahoma City area; be prepared to forfeit your deposit no matter what condition the property is in and even when the property is in better condition than when you moved in they will take your entire deposit.

This place will charge you the incorrect amount for rent and then tell you theres nothing they can do. they do not work with their tenants. this new management company is running it down. several neighbors have been having issues as well. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND moving into ANY of their properties.

Just got off the phone with one of the representatives and from the look of the other reviews my feelings are justified. Very rash, unprofessional, and rude. Literally, was not helpful at all and very haste in my inquiry concerning a rental property. Fortunately, I will not ever rent a property with this place.

I can't speak for the other reviews, but our experience with Rent King has been nothing but amazing. From prompt response time on service requests, to the convenient portal access for scheduling payments, we were thoroughly content. Our dishwasher latching mechanism broke, instead of some cheap jerry rigging or even pricing a new door, they replaced the whole unit to avoid future concerns. There were no mishaps with payments, rude employees, or shoddy abodes when we dealt with Rent King. We stayed at 2 properties with them for a little over 2 years while relocating for work from Texas. I highly recommend them. We only left in order to pursue further career growth out of state. Thank you again Rent King!
