Shari was wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend her for any rental needs you might have. We were totally searching long distance for a rental house that would become a homeout of 100s of rental properties that could become questionable . She was quick to respond always and very trustworthy! she made this transition so effortless and easy all from many miles away unfortunately we never met in person, but she became a fast friend!

Shari is a great property manager! She communicates with me and is always willing to help me find solutions to any issues that come up. When you do not live close to your rental property, its very important to find someone who will do a good honest job in taking care of your investment. Im lucky enough to have found Shari! I can give her a phone call, text or email and she always gets back to me in a timely manner. She communicates well with my tenant and helps schedule repairs as needed. When I went down there to find a property manager, I knew she was the one and I have yet to regret my decision! Thank you Shari, for taking care of my rental property!
