Employees can't do nothing without the manager and the manager can't handle a small problem. Yes I was dumb and accidentally left my key on theirs. But I called the next early morning and team can't look or let me know without manager. I talked to management and she said she'll have the team look but again they can't without the manager. I called again and she already rented it again probably never looked nor cared. Not even 1 star had to just to post

I came in and ask the gentleman I think his name was Lonnie about a truck and pricing he was very helpful polite and knowledgeable will be back again for my rental needs

It was decent. I came in yesterday to pick up a rental for the day. The only real complaint I have about it is that they only had one guy working to do everything (at least when I arrived there). The last Saturday of the month is when most people move from what I have gathered from someone who used to work at a different storage place. Either way, dude was running in and out trying to do what customers needed done, while more people kept coming in. I don't have a lot of need for storage places, so idk if this is normal occurrence or not. Whether it is or isn't, might I recommend getting at least two people scheduled to prevent a long wait time? That is all.

I wish I could leave no stars. There is a reason this place only has 2 stars. They are very unorganized and their system isn't up to date at all. I drove over an hour to pick up a truck for them to tell me a truck was available 40 mins away. They could have called and updated their customers so it's not a waste of time, but hardly any place has the decency to do that anymore. I would never recommend coming here at all!
