Called to get some info on closing my pool for the winter. They got me scheduled the very next morning and actually showed up on time, unlike most businesses out there today. Both their admin and techs were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using them again for my pool needs. Service: Winterization

Tranquil waters has been wonderful at maintaining our pool. Its a new pool, so we had a huge learning curve in equipment, maintenance.. they have made it painless! Honestly, I rarely have to do much with the pool, it has made owning a pool easy! Caden with Tranquil always does a fabulous job and is very friendly and professional. We had the pool turn green once with excessive rain and Tranquil was there same day to fix. Matt in billing is always very kind and personable to speak too. I never leave reviews, but this company deserves the 5 star!!! Thanks Tranquil waters for taking such good care of our investment!! Robert repaired my pool pipes which had cracked during a freeze. When he completed the repair, I asked how much I owed him. He said I will get an invoice from the company which would show 1 hour of labor ($135) and ($75) for materials.
Once I received my statement, they actually charged me the following:2 hours labor ($275) and materials ($150.00).
I called the company and mentioned our conversation at my house and said that my bill may have been mixed up with another customer. They rude guy on the phone stated that he would talk with Robert. I later got a call back and the guy said that I must have talked with someone else.
Robert lied. The rude guy on the phone said he was sending me to collections... no need, I will pay your bill. It will be their karma..

We became their customer over two years ago. The first thing they did was advice us to change out some of our equipment. That was costly but we did it. They have been opening and closing the pool since then as well as weekly maintenance. Last summer we barely swim because they could not resolve the build up of mustard algae. Then a couple of weeks ago I get a voicemail that they are filled up for summer maintenance. So will not be able to take care of our pool. When Leaving messages on their recorder With no return calls I was able to get a hold of them for an alternate company recommendation. One of the companies they recommended are not even in business
Be ware of this company and they obviously have no customer loyalty. Services: Pump repairs & installation, Swimming pool water analysis, General repairs & maintenance, Cleaning
