Frank has been a great opportunity to get into advertising and it has had many upsides to working here and i want to talk about some parts individually.
The Crew: The management and employees' are very easy to get along with and are very creative minds that help each-other learn, even when it comes to the newest of people. there is no discrimination when it comes to race, gender, or even age. everyone has the same goal and that is to grow together. It doesn't feel like some average blue collar job where you are stuck in a cubical typing digits all day by yourself. everyone feels like a friend and its hard to feel stressed about a deadline because the people around you are there to help you.
The Location: The office is very open and no one is just shoved off into a corner to be by themselves. the office itself has a scenic walk around the building to go walk your pets or explore downtown. finding a place to go eat lunch is definitely no problem.
Overall: I have never had an issue working here and it always feels like i'm learning something new everyday. coming here everyday doesn't feel like something i dread because i'm excited to do something i love. so i plan on staying and recommending this to anyone else in this career field
