It has come to my attention, after thoroughly researching the topic, this bank is not only the only bank in Oklahoma, but the only bank in America that charges excess line item fees on business checking accounts. Standard practice on savings accounts nation wide. But not checking accounts. They rake in 40 dollars a month for excess line items. This isnt including the monthly service fee. So you have to wonder, what does excessive line items cost YOU first national bank? Nothing? So why are you creating a cost for your customers out of thin air? Customers who keep your bank in business with their money.

The tellers and managers are generally kind, polite, and efficient. With that said, they struggle heavily with anything related to Regulation CC. Ive had questionable holds on checks with two signatures and Treasury checks held. Dont be suprised for a teller to accept a check, a manager to approve it (due to value), and then another employee at another branch to overrule it and cause issues. Its not a money availability issue, this is regularly a six digit account. The common issue seems to be the compliance department making up rules after the fact, or not communicating with the branches. In short, if your just going to deposit cash, withdraw cash, and use a debit card, your probably fine. However, anything more complex than that on the banking side I would be very hesitant, and would probably go to a bigger bank with a more competent compliance department.

Have used this bank for 10 years only because of its location. Tellers our polite atleast.
