They had me at Cheep beer and a shot for $6.00. Hadn't downed a Hamm's for decades. Tacos were also decent

I wish I had photos of our food but it was so delicious we forgot to take photos. We started with the fried goat cheese, which was amazing not just because of the flavor - warm, creamy goat cheese rolled in a nice crunchy breading and then drizzled with honey - but also because my wife & daughter can't have dairy so this was awesome. We also got the meatloaf, which was incredible. I got the mac & cheese, which on it's own was heavenly. But I also got the lobster bisque in a cup and poured that over the mac & cheese. That's simply a next level experience. For the location (in the Paseo) and the quality of the food you're getting I was stunned by how reasonable the prices were. Because it's in the Paseo, parking can be a challenge. The city really should put more parking in that area. But it's worth the trip no matter what.

About
Picasso Cafe

Eating is a community experience. Like art, our restaurant is only as strong as the people who support it. We aren’t in the Paseo by accident. This place is home: filled with all walks of like-minded life that love to eat, drink and laugh the same way we do.That also goes for our vendors. We’re not just local because of who owns the kitchen. We buy our fresh ingredients from local folks, too. It’s our way of giving back to the same economy that keeps us going.
