We were very impressed with the workers who came to our house. It all began with Eric coming out to visit and letting us know what Tailored could do for us.Isaac was great with asking us questions about the bathroom remodel and they look great. Josh and his guys did an excellent job replacing the roof. We are very pleased with our new windows as well. Everyone was very professional and answered all our questions and did an excellent job. After some trial and error, our shower turned out beautifully. Bernard was wonderful about coming out to the house more than once to be sure everything was perfect. And Matthew was great about coming back to fix a problem with the initial installation. There is one little place where we have water leaking out onto the pony wall. We haven't told them about the leak, so they of course haven't come out to fix it.

Wonderful ppl to work with. Had a lovely experience. And a wonderful bath. Only one problem I have to get a new bigger hot water tank. But thats on me. Thanks for service
