Terrible installation, customer service and shady business practices. I can not even begin to share what an awful product they "install".  The installation was an experience I would not hope any other customer would have to go through, I have drawers that won't close and then some that I can't open, chipped edges during install then used a magic marker to try to hide defective pieces.  Un even spaces between cabinets.

Called several custom millworks in the OKC area regarding a custom wooden gate for our courtyard and found Monticello to be the most responsive and the most reasonably priced! Worked with Christian, who was always reachable and friendly and had answers to any questions that came up. They were able to bring our vision to life and had several helpful suggestions along the way to improve on the concept we started with. They also handled staining and installation on time and on budget. Job very well done! Thank you!

Im in love with my new door. I love working with Monticello Cabinets & Doors. When I made the first phone call, a real human answered the phone. It was the owners son, Christian and he could not have been nicer or more helpful. I went to the actual shop and saw how they resourced raw materials to make the doors. I received updates often when they started my door from two very large pieces of wood. To experience the process and to now have this beautiful door welcoming my guests has been an absolutely wonderful experience. I chose the door that the owner had sketched on a napkin years ago and was named the Open Bible Door because of its resemblance to an Open Bible. The company does check ups regularly on the door that was installed in June of 2022. Their customer service and kind hearts are truly icing on the cake after they have delivered such a quality, solid, thick, beautiful door!! I could never be happier or more pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend Monticello Cabinets and Doors. (I added a picture of my door in the photo section).

I requested a quote and got a response from Mark setting up a time to call. When we talked, he was quick and seemed disinterested in my details, stated to send him an email with my measurements and details, as gas is expensive and he wasnt going to come out and do measurements yet. He said if I sent measurements that Id get a rough quote, if I liked that then hed come out to do real measurements and get a quote going. Ok, so I wasnt impressed with the dismissive tone, but I did as he asked and sent the measurements off. Got an email back, saying Id have the rough quote soon. Next message stated I needed to come in to finish the quote. Let me get this straight, its too expensive for you to show up, but its okay for me to go to you to finish the quote. I understand that businesses get lookie-loos looking for quotes all the time. Thats the cost of doing business. I was going to let it go until I got another email asking when I wanted to continue. If Im not worth doing the quote right, Im uncertain the quality of work will either. Im going with someone else.
