Metro by T-Mobile

If I could give zero stars I would, There is no customer service. When I walked in the store she was with other customers. I was never greeted. After sitting and waiting The woman behind the desk by the name of LIZ finally acknowledged me, and even assistance was piss poor . I asked to upgrade a phone and she said they can not do that and referred me to the customer service which was funny because she asked me how much I wanted to spend and after telling her I wanted to use my upgrade stated that I would be charged for RETAIL PRICES because that is what T-Mobile charges and they are individually owned. which make no sense, I was told that the price includes the sim card and activation. I asked who the manager was and she said he was not there then stated that it was her!. I asked for his contact and she refused and said for me to call CUSTOMER SERVICE. While I was standing there she walked away from the desk and started ignoring me and speaking to the customer that was waiting after me. I informed her that she was being nasty and rude and she told me to get out of her store and refused to acknowledge me while standing there and started using her personal phone. I can not believe how terrible this service is, it seems as if almost each one is individually owned and have trash service!!!!
