        The woman lied to us that we had to pay 100 dollars for the home internet and it was only 50 and the other fifty she put on my bill and said I had a free month, she lies thinking that people don't know what they are doing, she gave us a receipt

        My family received excellent treatment, they went for 2 phones and the sales agent Mia was very friendly. I explain in detail the plans and services offered by metro t mobile. An atmosphere of joy. I will continue with metro and mobile, excellent work

        I wasn't going to make a big deal out of it. But it's where Stephanie stated that her coworker doesn't speak English well and I wouldn't have better luck with her. Around here we Hispanics do not belittle each other's effort to speak the language. So I'm highly disappointed my experience due to the fact that I am fluently bilingual. Yea you should of seen the look on her face when she heard my clear Spanish, at that point I decided to wait for the manager.
