Alexander was able to fix a problem that Ive had for over 5 day in a little over an hour and this man still had the nerve to apologize for the long wait. The store was busy when I arrived but I was still greeted and checked in within 5 minutes. The wait was a little long but they communicated the entire time and let me know my place in line, which was appreciated. This location was efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. Anything else comes up Ill save myself the time and just visit this location.

Today I went in to replace my screen protector on my 2 phones and my friends phone. I also had 2 questions. Christian gave us terrible service. He asked me for my name, I gave him my name. He then asked me what I was there for and I told him. He then says one of the other 2 guys will be right with me and proceeds to sit down next to one of the guys that's with a customer. I wait 8 minutes. He then comes back and asks for my phone number and then walks away, this time with the other guy and his customer. By now it's been 15 minutes. He then grabs a screen protector and asks for both my phones. He takes my phone and sits down with one of those guys and put my screen protector on. He sits and waits a bit and then brings my phone back and walks away. 5 minutes later he grabs another screen protector for my other phone and waits then puts it on. He then comes back gives me my phone and says one of the guys will be right with you to answer your questions. Like he's incapable of answering them for me, doesn't even ask what my questions are. So my friend comes in and I say I need to get this screen protector replaced as well. He says "another one." Yup another one. Then walks away. The other guy comes he's very nice and I asked him if the other guy was training and he says no that's Cristian the manager. I'm an assistant manager at a retail store in okc. I would never treat our members that way, let alone wait 45 minutes when this could have took half the time if he would have wanted to assist us.
