Phil's office is very professional and has always gotten my family the max for our tax return. I am eating them at a 3 however because they do a poor job if following up if they are missing something. Last year we filed our taxes on the last possible day because they needed a w2 that I had for 3 weeks but was never told that is what they needed. This year I went into the office and they lost my filing document I went in to sign and never told me. I should not have to contact them when the need me to do something. And going 3 weeks at a time is unacceptable to me. So As long as you want to keep an eye on them they are great but I will not be using them anymore

Wether it be my taxes or starting my businesses, I've had quality guidance from Goss CPA. Phil and Steve have helped tremendously to alleviate any anxieties I may have had through the processes and QUICKLY respond to all questions or concerns through the year.

Every time I reach out to Goss CPA, Phil and his team are always polite and professional. They always return my phone calls when I leave a message and address my questions without hesitation. I won't go anywhere else for my CPA needs and I've referred many others here as well.
