Absolutely awful place to work. If you just do happen to go through a crisis of homelessness and are unable to work a couple days although theyve already cut everyones work schedule so youd only work 2 days for the week and you explain your situation ahead of time and your managers knew when hiring you that youd lose your house on the 27th of June and were fully aware of everything still decide to fire you because you werent able to come in because you had to sleep in your car the night before your shift with a baby 2 cats and a dog yet someones grandfather in another country can get sick and they text the group chat saying hey I cant work for a couple weeks Im going to Mexico its completely fine. And sad part is I actually enjoyed working there and loved the place and shopped there well before even working there. Now I will not be. Do better Windsor and treat your employees like actual people especially if theyre going through tough times.
