Service is not what I expect from Ulta. My daughter had a foundation, powder, concealer color match. They did not have 2/3 items in stock for purchase. Why would you try something we can't even buy?

This ulta is the WORST location I have ever been to. I stopped there to get a few skincare things for me and my mom. I was looking for a certain brand and was completely ignored while the staff just stood around doing nothing at all. When I went to ask for help they were very rude and short with me. I felt like I ruined their day just by doing so I just left without buying anything and I will never be back . Take my advice and go to any other location but this one.

This was by far the worst experience in a store Ive ever had. My two daughters and I were out kinda celebrating my oldest daughter (turning 16 tomorrow) spending some birthday money. Shes been begging to go for days now. My middle child was with us and she has severe social anxiety so its RARE she gets out and about. We walk in the store a few feet probably been in there less than a minute and I heard one of the ladies working there say they might need to call the police. I didnt think much of it we walked around looking at make up and hair dryers. We were maybe there 5 min when I was approached by a security guard asking me and my girls to leave because the workers accused us of STEALING!!!! When I tell you how EMBARRASSING that was. I told the security guard and the employee to search my purse, us, anything to prove we didnt take anything. We went in there planning to spend money! Instead were were extremely embarrassed, my kids are really confused, it really just ruined our entire night! Please tell everyone to go ANYWHERE else but here!!!

I went here yesterday and the workers up their where so rude! I was browsing and everything was going fine, a security guard came up to us and said that we needed to take whatever we had out of our pockets/bag. We tried to have them to search our bag to prove we didnt do anything wrong, and they proceeded to say they werent aloud to touch our stuff. We were told to leave and we did, we were planning on spending a lot of money. We ask that u take your money somewhere else.
