We bought home from them in July 2022 right after 3 months of move in cellings have crack in them and back porch and front driveway concrete start having cracks in them we keep complaining in their office they never fix it now our warranty expires they don't want to do anything. Whoever they subbed to pour concrete at our 4-year-old home, did an absolutely horrible job. There are multiple cracks over ten feet long in the driveway already, one across the side pad, and one straight all the way across the middle of the back patio. You'd think the concrete was 15-20 years old. And don't even get me started on the backyard electrical line that (nobody) oversaw. We have a continuous mound 80 feet long and the side corridors of the home are so narrow it's 100% impossible to get even a mini skid steer or other equipment into the yard without taking down a neighbor's fence panel for access (I've measured and verified). Oh, and the sidewalk contractor for our street had driven two framing wooden stakes directly through our previously installed irrigation line on BOTH sides of the sidewalk. The irrigation system didn't even work when we moved in.
