        Worst customer service! Ive been waiting months to have a tooth removed. Ive been in 3 times for exams. The first dentist I saw left this location and they said I had to start over with another doctor , so I did! Remember, they bill your insurance for all these exams! Its a scam. The second doctor. Doctor Stephen Herrin or whatever, is awful. No bedside manner and shamed me for not coming in to have a root canal done sooner that was going to be 1500.. I told him well not everyone can afford the crown and I had to wait for my work insurance to kick in. Then we set up a time to have it out! I get there and they tell me they cant offer me nitrous gas. So they have to refer me out. I called them back because I couldnt afford sedation dentistry either but the tooth needs to come out . He never had them call me back. So I get a third dentist and have to do another exam?! Apparently dentist in the same office cant just share Information. Go to him and make a plan for an implant. They tell me my insurance is good. Get a call a day before the appointment that my insurance isnt active!!! I told them fine it still needs to come out! Can I get a partial covered? Its been 3 days now and They havent called me back. Cant call patients back in a timely manner. Keep telling me they are going to talk to the doctor or make a new plan and get back to me and they never do!! This is awful , and I will not return. Im taking my business elsewhere! I was going to spend over 2000 with insurance to get 1 implant too. Without ,who knows how much. You can never get them to answer you , they have to ask whoever and they never do or call you back . Ive lost my dignity when I lost part of this tooth. My smile was my best attribute. They havent been able to help me ,at all. Only prolong the problem, while my roots exposed and I get swollen lymph nodes in my neck when I eat and horrible migraines.
