CVS

Whan we first moved up here CVS was awesome, open 24, well staffed, knowledgeable. Then they cut backfrom 2r hours to 9 to 11, then covid hit and know its like 9 to 8 with an hour and a half lunch. So it was convenient for me to swing by at lunch, that's gone, most nights I work later then closing time, so that's gone, so it takes me 5 to 7 days to get in to get a chance to get my meds. IF THEY HAVE THEM!!!!! They are constantly out of medications I need. They have 3 people working, it used to be four or 5. Now they are constantly behind.

They have a horrible review for a reason. They are horrible. I used them because another location was out of stock but I won't ever use them again. From the transfer person being rude to waiting in the drive thru while they got rxs ready for the person in front of me instead of having them pull behind me as their second window doesn't work. I ended up going inside due to waiting so long and then the 2nd lane not working. The person inside was nice enough but slow.

This is one of my GO TO PLACES YOU CAN EXPECT THE QUIET OF NORM AND HELPFUL STAFF ALTHOUGH THIS ONE WAS all all of that it was not particularly different.. Has plenty of parking.

Omg u never can get your medicine filled here they always it ready u go up there and it's not that's why I know go to walmart

I have been coming to the location for years, always good service. I guess the staff has changed I had called for my refills and was told it would be ready at a certain time, tried to pick it up and was told to come back later. Called again to verify the time, was told it would be ready it was not. Waited until the following wk, called again spoke with a male staff memeber who gave me another timeframe, got off work just to get there and be told " do you know how much it is going to cost," i dont care about the cost. She told me 3 different prices, but I had already confirmed the price with my insurance. At this point I said I'll pay whatever, she rolled her eyes and looked to the right as of someone was telling her what to say. I'm confused it was a new medication, but it's not like I was filling some narcotics or or psych meds. I forgot to mention after waiting in line for 15min, she had me drive around the building so others could be helped, I'll post names next time. Forgot to mention after all the back and forth, the price went from 489 to 220... the 220 was the insurance original price. People do your homework, call your insurance to verify if you need too. Im glad I did.
