Applied for a position that they were hiring for and within a couple hours got a call from them interested in speaking more to me about it. I was not in a situation where I could talk at the moment so they left a voicemail with a call back number. Called back within a couple hours and left a message then called back a couple times the next day and the day after that, no responses.
I understand if they found another candidate but being the first to reach out to me and request a phone call and then ghost is extremely un professional.
