Before the pandemic, I was working through Addison group at a bank in a position, barely paying me any money, and I have a bachelor degree. I was called by another company, requesting that I leave immediately to help with the pandemic, which paid me way more, as you know, every body was panicking then. I couldnt put in a two weeks notice and so I had to leave to help the immediate crisis. Since the pandemic has ended, I eventually returned to Addison looking for work recently and so I was rudely told by the senior recruiter, oh, youre looking for a job now and then I was told in a rude way that I can never work for them again because there was no two weeks notice. That was a temp job. I dont understand a two weeks notice and why they were so rude about it. I will never recommend anyone to Addison group, although I know that there is some great staff members there. I particularly didnt care for the Sr Recruiter in the OKC area. Its ok if your policy says that I cant return, due to not having a two week notice, however its not ok to be rude to anybody, especially when theyve only been kind to you. Its just not professional.

They will permanently blackball you if you don't meet job performance quotas regardless of reason. You will get fired if you get injured and have to make doctor required adjustments to your work accessibility.

My recruiter just gave up and disappeared. She submitted me for a position and then I never heard from her again. This was after they wasted my time by having me take assessments for skills I already have certifications for. They don't commit to finding you a job. Are you guys this inconsistent with everyone or do you just not have any jobs? You'll find a job faster on your own anyways. I did.

If i could give them a half of star I would. I continue to receive job description from a M****** B****, which we've already discussed "he" feels I'm not qualified for -SO WHY SEND THEM TO ME! I get the impression it is to drive negative energy to certain folks with no intention to ever hire them or me for that matter. Otherwise, you would do your job instead of trying to harass somebody. I'm a serious worker for a serious employer that's the bottomline no gaslighting etc. folks we are l to busy for that mess!
