I was lost on how to do a wil and what a Will is About and no idea on how to do it. I had talked to other lawers and felt most comfortable talking to Rick Denker. He answer all my questions promptly and told me some things I need to know that I would not of thought of. I am glad to get the Will Done and I thank the staff for working with me to get this done.

Sara helped me on a paternity case and a probate case. She pulled off the impossible! She is talented and caring. All my questions were answered throughout the entire process. Rick helped my sister on a probate case during the same time. My family and I were trying to juggle multiple issues. Sara and Rick saved us. I am forever grateful to both of them.

I asked Rick to assist me with a residential real estate sale. He quoted me a very nominal fee for his legal services. I asked if he was bi-lingual (spanish & english) as my buyer was a hispanic family. He said no but the did have access to spanish reading & speaking assets. True to his word, I sent a document to him and he had it translated and returned to me in short order. The deal fell through but I will continue to work with Rick when I find a future buyer. Thanks Rick.

After my dad unfortunately passed away he left me his beautiful home through a Deed on Death. Living in California and knowing I would only be in Oklahoma for a limited time, I reached out to Sara here at Denker & Zuhdi for assistance. I believe God led me to Sara during this difficult time in my life. Sara was professional, patient, and VERY SWIFT in her services. Before I met her in person she took the time to speak to me over the phone regarding various options with my situation. I immediately felt very comfortable working with her due to her compassion, expertise, and professionalism. I was able to meet with Sara as soon as I received necessary documentation and she got it collected and filed at the courthouse the same day! I was able to return to California knowing mine and my dads affairs were in order and properly handled. At such a difficult and confusing time in my life Sara stepped in to lessen the burden and give me a peace of mind. I am forever grateful that I was led to her and I am thankful for all she did for me and my family. I highly recommend Sara if you want professional, compassionate, and swift services!
