Hey guys, just a lil PSA If you order a grocery order from Kroger on Tuesday to be delivered Wednesday, and the weekly sale ad changes on Wednesday, theyll charge you the new sale prices! Lolz crazy crazy but Id avoid ordering Kroger delivery. I just paid $50 for 5 12 packs of coke, cause they were on sale when I ordered and paid for buy 2 get 3 free (on tuesday), but in the new sale ad theyre not on sale so since they delivered Wednesday I pay those prices?? Idk very confused but Id say that like 10 kinds of false advertisement, no one disclosed to me that they had to deliver that day to get that days prices!

I stopped using Krogers groceries because their produce was not dependable on freshness. Then the auto renew email came through and I canceled it just like the email routed me to. I called once and the customer service rep said to dispute the auto renewal charge with my bank. I hung up and called the 2nd customer service rep. She said I was supposed to get a refund in 10 business days..never came. Called my bank and disputed and they came back with I needed to cancel through Krogers, not helpful. I called back and the 3rd customer rep said 5 business days and never came through. This company is another company that has your debit card and will not honor their cancellation and refund their charge. I will never do business with this dishonest company again. As an update, Krogers gave me my refund. I appreciate my refund. I just wish I didnt have to chase it down.

Have been trying to get started with Kroger delivery. Searched zip code to see if delivery was available says it is. Shopped, scheduled delivery, tried to check out. It says it is unable to add my card but no explanation as to why. Have tried multiple times. Installed the app and tried through the app same thing!
