We had to constantly stay on them to fix things. The framing was horrific. We hired an inspector and made them come back time and time again. The brick was an embarrassment. They let a first timer do our brick. DO NOT LET THEM BUILD YOUR HOME!!!

do not let their family build your family's home, once you sign their contract they lie and do as they please, they hire un qualified people one of my walls was framed studs at 12"-21"-11"-13" and so on and when i asked the supertendent he said don't wory they will cover it with sheetrock, i have a lite that never worked and they said that it was my responsibility to fix it, i have three places on my roof where it looks like they laid shingles over a piece of wood they said that they sent someone to my house to fix it and my wife told them that my nephew fixed it but my wife and i were home the whole time and no one ever showed up to my house and they haven't called and when i call the guy incharge of that is never there and doesn,t return my calls i have had so many problems there isn't enough room to write them not to mention the constant lying and giving me the runaround

10/25/22 Cabinets, trim, paint, and counter tops. It's been an exciting and productive 6 months. My building superintendents are being attentive and regularly visiting the job site. When I've had questions or concerns I've gotten quick replies and reasonable answers. 9/11/22 One month later and the brick is complete all exterior doors installed. The walls have been sheet rocked, mud & taped as well as textured and the tile professionals are on site and have the master shower almost complete. Things are happening on an almost daily basis, very exciting and a joy to witness. 8/11/22 Plumbing and electrical almost complete. The plumber and electrician that Richardson sent to our house were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The job site is tidy and looks professional. We are very pleased at this stage. 6/21/22 Framing is mostly complete with just a few loose ends to tie up. Roof and windows installed. April 20th they've been framing for 2 days and all walls are up. And things are looking good. it's now mid April so 4 months in and in the last 60 days they poured concrete 1 day and delivered wood 1 day. At that is it so far. Framing will hopefully start soon. First draw taken in December. Footing and stem wall completed January 10th plumbers came in to do underground work on January 31st. Unfortunately the only thing that happened in February is sand going inside the footing but there were days of snow which couldn't be controlled. concrete finished March 4th things are moving which is exciting. You'll always wish things were going faster. So far the team at Richardson has been great to work with and I'm happy to have them helping us to bring our dreams to reality.
