Palm Harbor and all their staff was so good to work with. We took forever to get everything in line to get a house ordered and they were very patient with us. Tristian was the best and helped us through the whole process. She made it an easy process and helped us with whatever we needed!

When we began our home buying process, we wanted to explore multiple options, so we stopped by Palm Harbor of OKC one day just to look around. We didnt know how serious we actually were, but just wanted to check it out. When we got there, we were greeted by the friendliest, most welcoming staff. Tristan took us under her wing and showed us around. We told her some of the things we wanted, she showed us some options, and answered all of our seemingly never-ending questions. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field of work, but not pushy at all. She walked with us throughout every step of the process and still checks in now! When we left there the first time, I honestly told my husband that she already felt like a friend just after a short time of knowing her. She has such a fun-loving personality and you can tell she really cares about her customers. That meant a lot to me. Due to our incredible experience, it was a no-brainer to chose Palm Harbor of OKC. So, if you are in need of a new home, but dont know where to start, I highly suggest Tristan at Palm Harbor if OKC!

Had a wonderful time on my home tours with Tristian. I cannot tell you how unique it is to find a place that doesn't rush you, doesn't try to persuade you into buying their houses and doesn't follow you all around the lot while you look. Tristian was sure to let me know which houses were their top sellers, how many floor plans I could choose from and that building my own custom home was a 100% doable! It doesn't take too long AND she was even there to answer questions I had about buying land and a home as a package deal. Tristian is passionate about her role with Palm Harbor and is there to educate you every step of the way. I would also suggest speaking to the manager: Al if you have any hesitations for, he is extremely knowledgeable about these homes and the process to obtain one. VERY EASY buying experience, SUPER thorough in reviewing my options and NO PRESSURE to purchase. Just go check them out! You'll leave happier knowing that you learned fundamentally what's in the house, what's being used in other homes and how Palm Harbor may be right for you! BEWARE. I bought my home almost 5 years ago. year 2 a severe leak was found from a nail being shot through a main water line just below the utility room BY THE BUILDERS.. They refused to fix it, claimed it was rats and refused to provide me the photos their repair guy took of the nail through the water line. After thousands of dollars of repairs now I have yet another now rusty nail through another pipe in the SAME AREA at year 5. They proclaim the warranty period is over. Its all about looks. They do not care what you find a few years later, they get their sale and wash their hands. You should definetly watch along the wall that separates the washer dryer and bedroom for mold or water stains!!!!
