        Good morning weekend my name is Kendrick Turner this was a great place to come my whole weekend it was great no problems I enjoyed this weekend by myself only with by myself when I first got here it was very Rocky I almost lost my money but Miss Crystal what the one that made it better I met a young man that worked third shift when I went out he did not charge me for no sodas or coffee and this young man and Crystal is the best for this hotel at the rate this hotel five star great customer service then the young lady when when I first got there the first young lady poor customer service skills don't know how to talk to the customers l she really do not deserve to have no job I want to report her as soon as I get back the way she talked to me it wasn't professional I'm going to speak to someone about her attitude she needs to be fired on the spot because she don't know how to speak to the guests everything that's in me is not going to allow this thing to Fester or die I want to see her fire but the other staff here is great if it wasn't for crystal fixing the situation I could have lost my money but thanks to Crystal and the other young man that works the third shift other than that it was great but once I get back I will be calling Holiday inn corporate about this young lady thank you all when you go to this hotel let Crystal take care of you

        Laundry machines don't work...no solution. Pool out of service till June...still pay full price. Moved breakfast to 6:30am...can't grab breakfast anymore on my way to my class for work. And no, we didn't have the DND sign on our door when we needed towels and linens. Now you know.
