Not worth staying. Check in is at 3 pm. It was almost 4 when we arrived and were told we would have to wait for the housekeeping manger to come down and input rooms. So, no rooms were ready for us or the guests waiting behind us. We wait ten minutes and the fire alarm goes off. No one knows what to do. It was a false alarm but the lobby is flooded with guest and the staff didnt know what to do. After waiting a little longer we decided this place wasnt worth it. It was clear we wouldnt be getting into a room anytime soon. Complete mess. Not worth it. There are 2 other hotels on the lot. Go to them instead.

The rates were extremely reasonable, and the beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable. The location was also good, and service was excellent - I especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle to Bricktown. However, it seemed a bit rundown for being only four years old, for example, there were chunks of porcelain that had been broken off on the bathtub.
