    Rooms: We had a suite with two queen beds and a pullout sofa bed. Everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed our 2-night stay. The bed was super comfy. We also enjoyed the manager's reception on Wed. 2/7/24 in the lobby. Everyone we came into contact with was very nice.

    Gave my service animal a day off so they decided to charge me a pet fee. The front desk is great. Well most of them. The housekeeping is terrible! I complained multiple times, they would put a sign on my door saying I had the do not disturb sign on when I never used it. I will not be staying here again, as a diamond member Im extremely disappointed

    I stayed here for a business trip & will never select this hotel again! It started with the front desk agent! When we got to the front, she didnt even acknowledge us. She just grunted at her computer that apparently wasnt working. After I spoke up, she let us know that the system is down due to the weather & that she needed to call the manager. My colleague had the idea to check in via the app to get a virtual key & that worked just fine. Would have been a great idea from the agent & would have saved us some time. After 2 days, I got a call early in the morning asking if I could move to an upgraded room because they had another reservation for the same day that I had already paid for. I accepted this so-called upgrade & took time from my lunch hour to go back to the hotel & make the move. I rushed to make the move & left my pajamas behind the door in the bathroom. I called the front desk about it because that same evening & no one could find it. They were my fav pajamas & also not cheap. When I reported it to the new front agent who was working when I checked out, she advised that I leave this review as if it would bring my pajamas back. The hotel was nice though but the lack of customer service & thin walls (heard babies crying for hours in my upgraded room) have led me to make the decision to never stay here again!!

    Front desk is amazing they are attentive and learn your name quickly. Housekeeping in the other hand they need to tight up going in rooms that have the do not the disturb and throwing peoples belongings around is not okay also having to go and ask 3 days in a row to get your room cleaned is not okay especially when your scheduled all three days. Also when cleaning a room like these you dont put water and soap in a pan and set on the stove you should clean just like the other dishes you decide to do. Also if youre an upset employee you shouldnt make a scene and talk with such aggression and foul language. And quitting in front not very hospitable. Also when you do clean a room leave the thermostat alone no reason to Chang the temp in the rooms.
