Booked thru Walmart+ Travel SO FAR WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Before I arrived I called to make sure whether or not the $25 deposit was cash or card. Very clearly told it does not matter only to get there and be told it's $30 and it has to be cash... I go up to my room. I open the door. I take two steps in the room and think to myself this can't be happening. Who would actually think that somebody would want to stay here for 2 days?
I'm already homeless. I'll just go back outside!
No TV
No WIFI WHATSOEVER
No toilet paper
Not even a door frame
I call Customer service - they tell me "go back to the front desk and ask for a refund", "Due to our policy we can't issue you a refund if your already checked in", I call customer support, they put me on hold while they talk to the hotel, "I'm sorry, the hotel said they are working on fixing the TV"
