        Room did not have an ice bucket. No coffeemaker. There's not a hot tub. Could hear the people above us. It had a mini fridge and a microwave. Bed was comfortable. Overall, it's okay.

        As a loyal member of IHG Points for over 10 years, my recent experience with Garner Hotel Oklahoma City was deeply disappointing. After booking a reservation with them and needing to cancel within just five minutes due to unforeseen circumstances, I was shocked to find that the hotel refused to refund my points. This inflexible policy not only demonstrates a lack of consideration for customers but also fails to recognize the loyalty of long-standing members. Its disheartening to see such rigidness, especially from a hotel chain associated with IHG. Potential guests, especially loyal IHG members, should be cautious when booking with Garner Hotel Oklahoma City, as their policy may unfairly penalize individuals for circumstances beyond their control.
