If it were possible 0 stars! Paying for a service that you end up having to do yourself! I wouldnt recommend anyone who is trying to get their papers from this attorney! He will leave you alone and left out to dry if you are denied and send you unprepared! Speaking from experience! Response to comment. My father was one your clients. After he was denied you dropped his case. He did everything you asked for. And he didnt lie to you what so ever. We worked with you 100% to make sure hed be able to come back! You just didnt do your job to bring him back. After you dropped his case another lawyer picked up the case and bought my dad home after being left out to dry in Juarez for almost 2 months. Take these ratings as a way to improve yourself and your business! You are here to represent people who pay for a service! Do better!

He lost our case!!!!!!!! I probably should of paid more attention to the reviews. This place is by far the most unprofessional attorneys office I have ever came across. The lack of communication is horrific. It's been over a year for a renewal to be done due to a mistake by USICS due to covid something he said would take maybe 2 months. It's been OVER a year. You can gage for yourself the amount of professionalism this place has just by the responses left on these reviews. When I called today he talked with such rude tone & didn't want to listen to anything I was saying. Just kept saying "You came to me for a reason & he's been doing this x amount of years, before I was born" etc. Like I said. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Please seek out other options or at least pay attention to the reviews over the last 5years. Lesson learned on my part. ***Also note most of the 5 stars are from people who don't really do reviews. Keep that in mind as well.

I don’t recall you as one of my clients. I haven’t left any clients out to dry. My clients get approved and that’s why you came to me. You were referred to me by someone who I had helped and you wanted the same thing. However you were not my client. I give my clients my cell phone number to call me if they have any kind of problem. I’m sorry but as an Attorney, I am not at liberty to discuss your father’s case with anyone except your father because of confidentiality and privacy concerns. The wheels of immigration turn very slowly. Never as fast as people want. That is the system and it’s that way for everyone. It’s very easy after the fact to say that some other attorney does it for you faster. I have clients coming to me all the time disgruntled with other attorneys and their work. I know the other attorneys personally and they are good attorneys. There was just something that YOU DIDNT LIKE, so you became disgruntled and you’re not the client.

A contract for representation means both parties in the contract have certain responsibilities that have to be fulfilled. Our contract gives us the ability to terminate representation if those responsibilities are not kept or the client is unreasonable. It also gives the client the opportunity to terminate our representation if we don’t keep our responsibilities. Enough said.
