        I am disputing rampant over billing and since the dispute attorney's have compromised the outcome and failed to properly addressed hearing make fees skyrocket so disappointed

      Marlon, I wanted to remind you that you have been informed just like all our clients of the amount of money being spent on your case matter all the way through the duration of your case matter, as I bill every two weeks and send a very detailed invoice with all work done and time spent. As any ethical Attorney, I cannot guarantee any specific outcome; only work in your best interests as much as possible. Settlement discussions were brought to the table that did not suffice to you and after authorizing travel and expenses for the hearing; you now refuse to pay for services rendered. I wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
