Poor customer service communication skills pulled in for one price. They then upgraded the oil with out the proper notice up price increases plus shop fee NOT 5MINS AT ALL ....THEY DRAINED MY OIL AND MADE ME WAIT

My truck was leaking oil in my driveway. Told the tech, they found it was loose and not a proper fit for my truck. The tech said, "we get the filters in bulk and a lot were a bad fit for trucks like yours and some SUVs." Despite knowingly using bad filters because they got them in bulk, no discount or coupon to cover the hassle of power washing my driveway because I was in range for an oil change anyways. I could have gone another 2-3K miles easily. Love Take 5s but this is ridiculous.Tech just doing his job but management obviously doesnt care. Edit: Do not expect anything to be handled by their customer service team. They will respond with email and phone number, but it is only for looks. You will not get a single person on the phone or anything other than an automated response.
