I was referred to Mr. Farha by another fantastic Oklahoma Lawyer- Adam Banner. Electing to retain him for my personal injury case was certainly one of the best decisions I made in the past year. Mr. Farha was exceedingly patient with me right from the initial consultation. He took the time to explain the process of a personal injury claim and the nuances of my particular case during the consultation and I opted to retain him that same day. Throughout the 10-months it took for my claim to be settled, Mr. Farha was professional, patient and most importantly- available. I've been involved in a personal injury claim in the past, and I was pleasantly surprised by Mr. Farha's willingness to make himself available to discuss or explain whatever I had questions about. My last personal injury case took about a year and a half to settle, and the fact that Nick was able to get this taken care of in 10 months is amazing to me. He handled all the communication with the insurance company and always made sure to keep me in the loop. We met fewer than 5 times over the 10 months that it took for the case to be settled, but I can tell you that I never felt out of the loop and Mr. Farha was always a phone call or email away. Towards the end of my case, when we started talking settlement numbers, Mr. Farha was particularly aggressive with the insurance company and he was able to increase the settlement amount by a very healthy amount, as well as securing a very fair diminished value settlement. All in all, my experience with Mr. Farha was very positive. I do believe that he fought for me and got me a very good settlement. He is good at what he does, and sincerely cares about the outcomes for his clients. He took the time to get to know me and my family in addition to working on our case and I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that is in need of a Personal Injury Lawyer.
