The last six months or so this locations pharmacy has gone downhill. The staff is rude and slow. Fix your other lane for the love of sweet baby Jesus. Hello Cost Plus for future prescriptions.

The worst experience I've had. Your floating pharmacist is the most disrespectful, rude, useless excuse for a human. She should not be working with people. The tech that was with her was equally as awful. \nThey made rude comments and had an attitude when asked questions. They \"couldn't find\" my prescription. It was not done on time and they were not going to fill it that night at all even though it was a pain medication sent in after an oral surgery. I will not suffer her horrid personality, work ethic, and poor excuse for customer service again. I'll switch Everything to a new pharmacy if it's what it takes not to have to interact with such a horrendous human again.

Pharmacy has really gone down in quality over the last year. Wont answer the phone, never actually update you that your prescription is ready. Or my favorite take 8+ daytime business hours to fill pain meds that are needed immediately after surgery.

The CVS location at NW Expressway/Council is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Although this company has nearly 10,000 locations nationwide, they just refused a simple return on an unused knee brace, purchased 24 hours earlier, solely because it was purchased at another location less than 30 minutes away. They initially lied and said they couldn't do the return because they did not stock the item, so I went and found the exact knee brace, from the exact company, on their floor and showed them that they did in fact stock it. At that point, they changed directions and said they couldn't accept the return because it was from a different store. I replied aren't you a nationwide company and asked if that was their official return policy, to which they responded yes to both questions. I then asked them to call the actual store manager, as I doubted that was a true company policy. They, of course, conveniently couldn't get him on the phone. Bottom line, this company, and in particular, this location is a complete unprofessional joke, so all of my future business will be given to Walgreens.

This place could not get my prescriptions correct! Additionally, had called them on the phone. The did not realize they left there phone off the hook. They even violated The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) is a federal law that required the creation of national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient's consent or knowledge. They did this by using my name in front of customers and calling me names. They violated numerous federal laws!
