        It is a truck stop dinner but it is has some of the best food. The steak is always very good as well as the pancakes. Service is hit or miss. Atmosphere is dinner.

        Had a good experience this morning at the Iron Skillet. Pancakes and french toast were both very good, very sweet! Our waitress was Nita and she was the sweetest lady! The servings are very large, was a lot of French Toast!!! Things came out quickly, was a good quick breakfast stop.
