Statewide Roofing

I had them come out roughly a year ago and repair the roof on my house. It needed the roof over the back porch replaced and I showed the rep this. $1,200 later I had bits of shingles laying in my yard. Now the next major rainstorm is here and that back porch roof is pouring through like Niagra Falls. They charged me for the work but didn't touch it. I called them about it and got hung up on. Like most of the roofers I have dealt with professionally, Statewide is dishonest. EDIT: The company's owner texted me. Here's the response:

State wide is awesome. I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentlemen named Mark when my roof was finally on its last leg. Mark went well above and beyond to ensure that my insurance company understood the severity of needing a new roof and made the whole replacement a painless and seamless experience. He was very up front with what all needed to be done and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner (no matter the questions). Mark and team made this such a seamless process. From start to finish he walked me through what to expect each step of the way. His communication was always thorough, knowledgable, and helpful. I would definitely recommend Statewide if you are in need of replacing your roof.

Statewide Roofing is the company to contact if you need a new roof! It has been a pleasure to work with them. We had sever hail damage to our roof and wanted to get it replaced. We contacted Statewide Roofing and Kristopher helped us through every step of the way and made the whole process easy and straightforward. They know what they are doing when it comes to roofing. The crew that came to change the roof were great folks and worked carefully and diligently to make sure everything is up to the best standards. Everything was clean and tidy after they were done. Our new roof looks great and we would highly recommend them for your roofing needs!
