They were respectful of my property, taking care to protect my landscaping and clean up any debris or materials. They worked quickly and efficiently, without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. The finished product was absolutely beautiful. The new roof not only looks great, but it's also functioning perfectly. I recently worked with Tri-City Roofing and their contractor Patrick for a roof installation, and despite some setbacks caused by a difficult adjuster from State Farm, I am extremely pleased with the end result. Patrick was patient, communicative, and professional throughout the entire process, keeping me informed of the status of the project every step of the way. Despite the delays caused by the adjuster, Patrick and the team at Tri-City Roofing were able to complete the installation in a timely manner once the issues were resolved. The quality of the work was outstanding, and I have received numerous compliments on my new roof. I recently had the pleasure of working with Allie, an employee at Tri-City Roofing, and I cannot speak highly enough of her expertise and professionalism. Allie was incredibly knowledgeable about the roofing process and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, from the materials used to the timeline and pricing. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence was evident throughout our interactions. In addition to her expertise, Allie went above and beyond to ensure that I was not taken advantage of by another roofing company that I had received a quote from. She took the time to review the quote with me and helped me identify several red flags that would have resulted in me being scammed. Her honesty and integrity were truly appreciated and saved me from a potential disaster. Overall, I am thrilled with my experience working with Allie and Tri-City Roofing. If you are in need of roofing services, I highly recommend reaching out to them and asking for Allie. She is a true professional and a credit to the company.
