Growing more and more frustrated with being ignored repeatadly; empty promises, etc. They are very cordial and say what they think will appease you when you finally get someone to communicate. It seems the only way to make contact is to schedule an appointment to talk to them. Once that contact is made you repeat the whole process every time you have inquiry. We make payments to them religiously, yet, there is no return courtesy with regard to communication! So aggravating!

This firm will put you on a payment plan and drain your account to a slow death. They won’t return calls. It has been almost a year at $1000 a month and they still loose documents and ask us to resend files. The level of disorganization and total lack of results for that amount of money removed from my family is shameful.. I wish we had never used them

It seemed like a very slow process. It took 10 months and $2200.00 later for me to just finally say put a lien on my house. I was hoping for a payment plan but we never got to it!!! I guess overall they accomplished communication with the IRS that I probably wouldn't of been able to do. Expensive solution!!!
