        I been going here for years and this year I was not happy this year I didnt get my discount that was surprose to be added and I didnt not want me taxes to be submitted before i got there or talk to the lady about how much my refund would be I didnt like that part I did not tell her to submit them and sign my name before I got there I will not be filing with them next year Im so unhappy.i didnt know that you can submit it nor sign my name without me knowing.

        I went to this location to have my taxes done on 3-25-24. Met with Gregory who took all of my tax information, etc. I asked him for the price to do the return. He said they were running specials and he would check on the price and call me shortly and asked if Tuesday or Thursday would be ok to have the taxes complete. He called me an hour later and informed me that the taxes were ready and the price was over $500. I said no way and he said that they could give me a break on the price since I was a new customer. He said that they could do it for somewhere in the mid $300 range. (don't remember the exact price). I thanked him and said sorry, it's still way too high. He said that if I could get proof of a lower price, they would match it. I told him I had a lady that quoted me $175, but she lived about 20 miles away and I would rather have it done here since it is very near my house. He said they had a policy to match the prices. I agreed and told him I would come in to pick up the taxes today. He called back 20 minutes later and said that they could only go as low at $300. and I told him that was way too much. I feel like this company is shady with their pricing and will take advantage of the customer. Please beware of this operation.

        This was my first time filing with a corporate tax company like Jackson Hewitt , the process was extremely easy and my tax prep was extremely helpful and very empathetic. Felt like I was conversing with family member after a while. Once again Very easy process and Im happy I was able to get it done in the time I did. Thank you guys :)
