I have been using Custom Dental for some years. I've always liked the hygienist that clean my teeth. I wasn't ever very fond of the dentist. He put a crown on last September that has never been comfortable. Today I had a new hygienist, Tia, and this was the worse most uncomfortable cleaning I've ever had. I even asked her to slow down and be more careful which she didn't. Then at the end the dentist came in and couldn't even be bothered to look at my teeth. He asked the hygienist if everything looked OK and then he left.

Drove in from downtown Tulsa for my appointment, to learn that "yesterday" they were not able to verify my dental insurance coverage. I received two texts to confirm my appointment, but no mention of an issue verifying my coverage prior to arriving, only to turn around and how to leave.

Very friendly staff, from the second you walk in the door till you leave. Everyone is knowledgeable and will take the time to explain and answer any questions you may have. By far the best dental team I have been to and if you want the best dental assistant in the field ask for Haleigh.
