Matt was on time and completed the job the same day. He even called me on that evening to make sure everything was working. There was a small problem but he came out the next morning and resolved the issue immediately. Thanks to Matt for a great job.

I had been without A/C for at least 3 weeks. The electrical service company that noted my problem but neglected to fix it 4 months ago offered to make a service call - but in 11days. A little bit desperate, I called Matt Borges whom I found online. He returned my call almost immediately, saying that he ALWAYS tried to move existing AND prospective customers who were without AC to the front of the queue - and as he promised, he was at my house within 2 hours. My HAC service company had already replaced my compressor (just last week) which had evidently shorted out - but when they tried to restart the system, the breakers repeatedly tripped. After arriving my house yesterday, Matt accurately figured out the likely source of my problem, accessed and bypassed the affected wires (which were between the interior drywall and exterior brick wall) then expertly repaired the 2x4 hole in the drywall that he had used to get access. Once having made the electrical repair, the breakers continued to trip when he tried to get to turn it on. I called my HAC technician (MANY kudos to him as well). He arrived after 7:00 and within 10 minutes of my call. Matt conferred with him for 20 or 30 minutes, and together, they correctly sleuthed the previously-unencountered fault, and then had my house cooling again just before nightfall. Summarizing, Matt Borges went above and beyond anything I had reasonably expected to fix a complex problem and get me air conditioning on a 108F day. His fee for the several hours of work and the needed supplies was well beyond fair. MANY thanks to him, and my HIGHEST recommendation to others. David M. . Service: Electrical wiring repair
