No Internet. Front desk said Internet was provided by "Cox" and it was a "regular occurrence" to be down. Don't stay in room 107. Air conditioning didn't work. Thermostat on wall was non-functional. Control panel on the unit had nonoperational lights/screen that were difficult to read yet lit up the entire room like an airport beacon due to missing closure to block the light. Thanks to a smoking station outside the window, and apparently drafty windows, the strong smell of cigarettes wafted into the room constantly, sometimes strong enough to awaken us. The room door was misaligned and scraped the door jamb requiring the shove of a football lineman to open or close. The good breakfast and polite staff won't be enough to bring us back.

I lost water at home due to the weather and needed to stay locally in hotel. Most of the staff was very friendly. I was really disappointed the environment of the hotel though...
-I was told at check-in that the wifi isn't great in certain parts of the building, and when I expressed it was important I had wi-fi for work, I was put on the side of the building that wi-fi didn't work well on, which I only found out after checking in and getting settled into a room and asking another employee about. This was extremely frustrating and if this is such a huge issue for the whole hotel, it should really be looked into...
-I did have to bring my own pans/cooking utensils from home because the ones in the room literally melted onto the pan and into my food when I went to stir my food.
-The website advertises a hot tub, just to find out it has not worked in a year, and is even completely sealed up.
-It is very icy outside, and while trying to pack up my things to leave at checkout, no one had done anything to salt the sidewalks. I almost slipped so many times trying to pack my vehicle to leave.
-Lastly, there is limited parking the in front, which was expected, so I would park near the side doors to get in and out easier, and to avoid being outside longer than needed since its freezing outside. Most of the time my key card, even after getting replaced, would not work on these doors. So I would have to walk all of the way to the front regardless.

Just stayed here recently with my husband and the rooms had mold looking substance every place. Front desk was completely rude about it, rooms smelt bad and overall would not recommend to anybody this place is horrible 0/10
Rooms: Just disgusting
